It's been 6 weeks since Wegan departed (feels way longer!), so here's a quick run through what Megan & Whitney did next...
What Megan Did Next
I won't lie, most of my time consists of going to work, and chillaxing in the evenings (which will involve talking to my beautiful gf on the phone or skype, but Jersey Shore is a recent obsession of mine!) As you may know I've been doing a part time masters for the past couple of years and now after passing all the modules I'm in the last stage and doing a dissertation (eek). So much of my time I feel guilty if I'm not doing anything work related. Though don't worry I've managed to have some fun times!
My Benny boy likes to sometimes keep me company next to the computer:
I went home to visit the family for a weekend and we went to this really nice Turkish restaurant. Can't wait to take Whitney there!
I had a night out with the girls.. which was great fun until I lost my beloved Blackberry Bold.. & have had to settle for Blackberry Curve :( WAH!
I got my hair did. Finally.. I've been growing it out for a year now.

I had a fun night out with my gay bf Dean:
For Valentines, I obviously could not spend it with my love, and my friend Lee's boyfriend was away for work so he kindly took me out for dinner. Gayest straight date ever!
Whitney's Vday package arrived to me pretty quickly, I was SO excited opening it all & got lovely & thoughtful gifts (& 3 cards!) We're so bummed as two packages I've sent to her haven't arrived yet :(
My little (though bigger) sister came to visit me for the first time this weekend. We had some good fun, chilling with my friends with some wine at my flat on the Friday, andwe went to Hooters for the first time (not long been over here in the UK) on the Saturday.
That is our actual height difference. I am 23, & she is 17!
We also went to see 'Just go with it'. (Mainly so I could see Hawaii & squee). Whit also went to see it the next day.. must say we rather liked the actress in it ;) though DAYAM she's actually 23!!! Puts us to shame...
I have some crazy busy couple of weeks coming up, all of which will be revealed soon!

What Whitney Did Next
Wow, I cannot believe that 6 weeks have passed since I last departed my love! I know that 6 weeks may not sound like that long, but for me, just even a millisecond without my Megan seems like an ETERNITY! Now can you imagine how it feels?! ;P
I have been trying to keep myself busy and enjoy my last few months of Hawaii. I have lived on the beautiful island of O’ahu for 5 years now and am truly down to the last months…craaaaazy that half a decade has passed since I arrived as excited and eager as ever in 2006.
Anyhow, I returned back to Hawaii on January 16 and was determined to whip myself back into shape after I over indulged (as everyone does) over the holidays. I have consistently been going to the gym (Go me!) at least 3 days a week and eating healthier…ohh yeah! I have also got into yoga a bit and that has helped so much with my overall mind, body and soul. I hiked Koko Head mountain, which is this MAHOOOSIVE mountain that I once had to be rescued from. Like the saying goes, ‘when you fall off the mountain, you have to get right back up’ and soo I did! Needless to say, we did NOT have to call the fire and rescue squad again! So, this new year’s health kick is going quite well!
I have spent a great deal of my time at University as I am in my last semester, which means crunch time! It takes up 5 days of my weeks, so really haven’t had too much idol time, but when I do I have been spending my time wisely and trying to have a bit of fun!
I absolutely LOVE going to the beach to get my tan on and I enjoy spending it with my nearest and dearest. I have been frequenting Cockroach Cove quite a bit lately. I went to the BEAUTIFUL Ko’olina Resort for the day, as well!
After our beach day, us girls got all dressed up and glamorfied where headed out to First Friday in China town (down town scene once a month) to have a fun night out. We had an absolute blast!
I finally bought myself a nice bikini after living in Hawaii for 5 years, I thought it was about time. With that being said, I bought a San Lorenzo Brazilian style bikini, in which I LOVE!!! The shopping doesn’t stop there, I was in desperate need for some new summer threads so went on a mini shopping spree to accommodate the Hawaii weather!
Valentines Day came so quick and was of course very sad to not be spending it with my girl as we have yet to be together on February 14. However, this was our very last Vday apart…forever!
I did have a wonderful Valentine’s though despite missing my lady love. A good friend of mine took me to see Babyface in concert and treated me to an AMAZING dinner at the Kahala Hotel and Resort. Was so sweet of him and was also great to catch up with an old friend!
Time is truly flying by and I can honestly say that I am enjoying this ride so much and I know that when I reach my final destination that it is going to be subliminal! <3>
My baby girl will be here soon (date is unspecified) but in the near future! I absolutely cannot wait to get into our little Wegan routine. Eeeeeeeeeeeeee!
