PMDD Awareness Month!
April is PMDD Awareness Month, so in honour of that I recently filmed and uploaded a video to our YouTube channel all about PMDD. In the below video I discuss the symptoms, mental and physical, and even show my bloated belly and water retention! I touched upon some treatments in the video but this is something I’ll be exploring in month depth as part of my PMDD Awareness Series. I hope this helps some of you out there!
