Yay it's time for this kind of post again, letting you know quite simply What Wegan Did Next ;)
I've been in South Carolina for just over a week now, where does the time go? Good news however, is that I am NOT returning on the 14th October as originally planned & booked (oh yes we always do this haha). We have decided to extend my ticket until I am due to go back to the UK for an interview. So getting an interview will be good and bad! But we have at least until the end of October together most likely, if not more :)
Even though we've given you a little update since we've been together, I'll start from the beginning.
This is the first Cinnamon Dolce Latte I had when I arrived in Chicago. Have I mentioned how we can't get them in the UK?? lol. Ah tasted so good!
When we were landing in North Carolina, I was very amused by the planes shadow!

As you know it was our 3 year anniversary on 5th October!

We tried out this awesome new cupcake store, such a cute vibe and again 'very us'!
We chose to have a banana pudding, key west coconut and a sleepless florence (chocolate and espresso, yum!)

Then yesterday we took a spur of the moment trip to Tennessee! A 12 hour drive in one day. What is it with you Americans and road trips? hehe. The drive was actually ok and the views were very beautiful, especially the changing leaves.

We met up with Whit's aunt in Knoxville and went to Carrabbas (my first time).
We really wanted to meet up with fellow blogger the lovely Lauren who lives in Knoxville but we didn't have time :( Next time Lauren! Italian Margaritas woo!!
