We've both always been big fans of The Body Shop® with it's ethical sourced ingredients and cruelty free products. Did you know that they've been campaigning against animal cruelty since 1989? The Body Shop first helped ban it in the UK, then the EU and now they have their sights on the UN.
We were delighted when The Body Shop asked us to review their latest shea collection. We love using their shea hand cream and it's warm nutty scent, so now we can be covered in shea literally from head to our toes.
The range includes the following products:
The Body Shop's Shea shampoo, conditioner and hair mask is great for dry hair and richly replenishes. Our hair certainly looks and feels a lot healthier. What's more - it's all 100% vegan, yay!
Did you lovelies know that every night Whitney treats herself to a hot bubble bath to unwind from her day. The Shea collection was such a great addition to her bath and not only enhanced her relaxation, it also made her hair so soft from the shampoo and conditioner and her body replenished from the shower cream.
Their Shea Body Butter is now 100% vegan and it melts immediately into the skin, leaving a gorgeous silky feel. (Even our Chihuahua Nalo wants to use it!)
The Body Shop use Community Trade shea butter from Ghana, handcrafted by women who have used shea butter for generations. The Body Shop pay a premium to help empower these women and help them to achieve an independent income, increased confidence and respect. Yasss to female empowerment!
