Anyhoo.. update time much!
What Wegan Did Next:
Well this isn't really an update but isn't that pic just too damn cute of my girl & (adopted) cat Benny <3 LOVES!
So 2 weeks ago we went to visit Castle Coch (yes that is it's name!). It's is a really pretty little castle (late 19th century 'fantasy' castle), designed for Lord Bute who apparently was having a secret fling with the male architect ;) (or so my supervisor randomly told me ha). We enjoyed traditional tea & cake at the Tea Room there:
We finally had a night out gaying with my fav boys and it was a really fun night!! Perhaps one of the funniest moments ever when Whit whispered to me "ppst baby, I think someone's pointing a lazer at your head!!!", I turned to her & pointed out it's the flights in the club! LOL oh how we laughed (at her... poor thing!).
[Btw the friends I talk about DO exist, I just don't want their pics floating freely around the net... though perhaps I shall get their permission as you need to see there sexy faces ;)]
We (hilariously) thought it'd be a good idea to hire a rowing boat last Wednesday... oh lordy, I was PETRIFIED! The moment we were pushed out on the lake I thought I was going to die (despite being able to see the shallow bottom of the lake ha!) Whit had the task of rowing & eventfully found her stride so I began to relax- was pretty scenery!
We got hideously drunk one night at a (free) drinks reception with my work colleagues, which was a hilarious night out to say the least!
The next day (Saturday) we decided it'd be a good idea to get a boat to Cardiff Bay (albeit a bit hungover) but it was a glorious day out. What we hadn't bargained for was that it was Armed Forces day so there were 1000's of people covering the Bay once we arrived, AH! Nightmare!
We still managed to get some 'touristy' pics in though. We had a yummy dinner at Pizza Express, bought tickets to see the Killers then decided we were actually too tired so got a refund & headed home- dayam!
In other news, Whit had her first British tradition of Fish & Chips! (Ok actually she had a cheeseburger, but was her first visit to a Chip Shop.. tres exciting..) Other than that we've spent the passed couples of week relishing in the sun & working (boo). Most recently we went out for a few drinks (on a work night shock horror) to celebrate the momentous occasion of my bestie becoming a Doctor- you go girl!!! :) Sorry that Whit did not actually update about her bday as promised.. she's clearly a busy housewife ha!
Oh I actually cannot finish without informing you of a hideous interaction with an alpha male the other day whilst we were sunbathing. So here Whit & I are just enjoying the sun in the park aka soaking it up when we're approached by a guy who has the WEIRDEST accent ever (a bit American, however sounds Irish.. turns out he's a Welshie living in America). Firstly he wanted to congratulate us on 'sunbathing the right way'... he then proceeds to try chat us up.. he asks what Whit's doing over here so she informs him I'm his gf the conversation then follows like this:
Him: Oh, so you're like lessie gf's?!
Us: ... yes...
Him: Wow, you got a video?!
Us:.. No...
Him: Oh man, you fully lessie?
Us:.. YES!
Him: Can I watch?
Us:.. NO!
Him: Well enjoy the sex!! I know I will thinking about it!..
Me: Ok you go do that.. Go! (VOMMMM)
Major VOM right?! It was actually worse than that, my memory is just like a sieve. Where to disgusting guys get off thinking its perfectly acceptable to be so crude & act like we only have sex for THEIR pleasure? VOM!
Anyhoo- rant over! We're about to start packing as we're off to Cornwall for a week with my family, can't wait!!! So you'll next hear from us fat from clotted cream, ice creams & Cornish Pasties! Ha!
